My constituency question is to the Minister for Corrections.  It follows queries to me from a number of constituents in Northern Victoria about the Catalyst Consortium.  This $1.6 million program was established by the Government in early 2017, and was aimed at improving research into, and understanding of, the causes of violent and sexual offending.  It was part of the Government’s response to the Harper Review.  I ask the Minister if he could indicate what the outcomes and achievements of this program have been in Northern Victoria – including by pointing me to any formal reports or evaluations that have been undertaken on it?
